Mail is not delivered on federal holidays and may be delayed during break periods. Residents will receive an email notification from when a package has been delivered, processed, and is available for pick up. Packages for residents of these buildings will be scanned and stored in the Mail and Package Center located on the first floor of each residence hall.If a resident has issues with their mailbox key, they should visit the housing office located in their residence hall. Residents will receive a mailbox key upon move-in. In some areas, all residents of an apartment or suite may share a mailbox. The mailbox number is the same as the resident’s room number, and all residents of a room share that mailbox.
